ABOUT ROOM RATE

How old do you charge the room rate from?: Over primary school students are charged same rate as adult but infant stay for free as long as one bed.
Can you tell me what kind of credit card we can use?: Basically any kinds of major credit cards are accepted.

How many parking space do you have and how much is it ?: Hotel have a space for 30 standard cars with contracted parking area and it is charged 540 each. Large size of car and NEBUTA festival period have a special price.
Do you have a parking space for motor bike?: Yes, 320 yen is charged but NEBUTA festival have a special price.
Do you have any limit for the height?: No, we don't have a limit for height.
Do you have a parking space for large car?: Yes we have a space for large car but please ask the front desk in advance.
Can we book a parking space in advance?: No, we don't accept any reservations for the car parking. Guest can park as long as it is empty.

How many coin laundry do you have and where is it and how much is it?: We have 2 coin laundry machines at 5th floor and it cost 300 yen.
Do I have to prepare washing detergent?: No, washing detergent is automatically put in.
Do you have a laundry service?: No, we don't have a laundry service.

Is your hotel barrier free?: No, our hotel is not barrier free but we would like to help any disable guests.

Do you have a rental PC?: No, we don't have a rental PC.
Can I ask a wake up call?: Yes, please ask front desk in advance.
Do you have a catering service?: No, we don't have any catering service.
Do you have a rental umbrella or sell it?: Hotel have few rental umbrellas but not selling any.

Do you have a free Wi-Fi and where can I use it?: All rooms have a free Wi-fi but sometime signal is week.

How do you handle if I left something at the hotel?: Please ask the front desk if you have something left behind and we send it to your home as long as your payment.

How can I inform if I don't need a cleaning service during stay?: Thank you for your cooperation of eco. Please inform it to the front desk 1 day before.
What should I do if I offer the room cleaning even though I want to stay after 10am during stay?: Please inform it to the front desk 1 day before.
What should I do if I just prefer to change the towel during stay?: Thank you for your cooperation of eco. Please inform it to the front desk 1 day before.
