ABOUT ROOM RATE

How old do you charge the room rate from?: Over primary school students are charged same rate as adult but infant stay for free as long as one bed.
Can you tell me what kind of credit card we can use?: Basically any kinds of major credit cards are accepted.

How many parking space do you have and how much is it ?: We have a space for 30 standard cars and it doesn't cost.
Do you have a parking space for motor bike?: Yes, we have a space for motor bike.
Do you have any limit for the height?: No, we don't have a limit for the height.
Do you have a parking space for large car?: No, we don't have a space for large car.
Can we book a parking space in advance?: Please ask front desk. Front desk guide to the near parking area if it is full.

How many coin laundry do you have and where is it and how much is it?: We have 2 coin laundry machines at 8th floor. Washing cost 200 yen and drying cost 100 yen per 30min.
Do I have to prepare washing detergent?: Yes, please prepare it by yourself. You can buy it with 50 yen at the coin laundry room.
Do you have a laundry service?: Yes, please leave them to the front desk. This service is for only week day and able to return within same day if you leave in the morning.

Are rooms barrier free?: No, our hotel is not barrier free but we would like to help any disable guests.

Do you have a rental PC?: No, we don't have a rental PC.
Can I ask a wake up call?: No, we don't have a wakeup call service.
Do you have a catering service?: No, we don't have any catering service but guest can order food by themselves.
Do you have a rental umbrella or sell it?: Hotel sell the umbrella and also have few rental umbrellas.

Do you have a free Wi-Fi and where can I use it?: Yes, we have free Wi-Fi. Every guest rooms and lobby are availabele.

How do you handle if I left something at the hotel?: Please ask the front desk if you have something left behind within a month and we send it to your home as long as your payment.

How can I inform if I don't need a cleaning service during stay?: Thank you for your cooperation of eco. Please inform it to the front desk 1 day before.
What should I do if I offer the room cleaning even though I want to stay after 10am during stay?: Please inform it until noon to the front desk.
What should I do if I just prefer to change the towel during stay?: Thank you for your cooperation of eco. Please inform it to the front desk 1 day before.
