- Person over the age of elementary school is charged accommodation fee for one adult. Children before elementary school, who don't need their own beds,are free of charge.
- Can you tell me what kind of credit card we can use?
- Basically any kinds of major credit cards are accepted.

- How many parking space do you have and how much is it ?
- Front desk guide to the srounded parking area and it is charged 600 yen per one standard car with hotel service coupon.
- Do you have a parking space for motor bike?
- No, we don't have a space for motor bike.
- Do you have any limit for the height?
- LATOV parking have a 2.1m height limit and around parking have a 2.3m height limit.
- Can we book a parking space in advance?
- No, parking space cannot be booked in advance. Guest can park as long as it is empty.
- How many coin laundry do you have and where is it and how much is it?
- We have 2 coin laundry machines at 3rd floor.
- Do I have to prepare washing detergent?
- Washing detergent is put in automatically.
- Do you have a laundry service?
- Yes, front desk accept it.

- How do you handle if I left something at the hotel?
- Please ask the front desk if you have something left behind within 2 month and we send it to your home as long as your payment.
