ABOUT ROOM RATE

How old do you charge the room rate from?: If a baby or a child use one bed , it costs the same as an adult regardless of age. Pre-school children can stay at no cost when they sleep with an adult in a bed.
Can you tell me what kind of credit card we can use?: Basically any kinds of major credit cards are accepted.

How many parking space do you have and how much is it ?: We have a space for 18 standard cars. Free of charge. First come, first served. When our parking lot is full, we will show you some coin-operated parkings around us. Guests pay the parking charge by themselves.
Do you have a parking space for motor bike?: Yes, we have a space for motor bike.
Do you have any limit for the height?: 2.1m limitation for height and 5m limitation for width.
Do you have a parking space for large car?: No, we don't have a space for large car but able to guide to the near parking area.
Can we book a parking space in advance?: No, we don't accept any parking reservation.

How many coin laundry do you have and where is it and how much is it?: We have 3 coin laundry machines at 12th floor. Both washing and drying cost 500 yen.
Do I have to prepare washing detergent?: Washing detergent is put in automatically.
Do you have a laundry service?: Yes, we have laundry service.

Are rooms barrier free?: No, our hotel is not barrier free but we would like to help any disable guests.

Do you have a rental PC?: No, we don't have a rental PC.
Can I ask a wake up call?: Yes, please ask front desk in advance.
Do you have a catering service?: Yes please ask front desk.
Do you have a rental umbrella or sell it?: Hotel sell the umbrellas and also have few rental umbrellas.

Do you have a free Wi-Fi and where can I use it?: Yes, you can use free Wi-Fi anywhere in the hotel.

How do you handle if I left something at the hotel?: Front desk will handle for your thing left behind but please ask us same day as you lost if it is wallet or PC or phone. Hotel will send it to your home as long as your payment.

How can I inform if I don't need a cleaning service during stay?: Thank you for your cooperation of eco. Please inform it to the front desk 1 day before.
What should I do if I offer the room cleaning even though I want to stay after 10am during stay?: Please inform it until noon to the front desk.
What should I do if I just prefer to change the towel during stay?: Thank you for your cooperation of eco. Please inform it to the front desk 1 day before.
