ABOUT ROOM RATE

How old do you charge the room rate from?: Over primary school students are charged same rate as adult but infant stay for free as long as one bed.
Can you tell me what kind of credit card we can use?: Basically any kinds of major credit cards are accepted.

How many parking space do you have and how much is it ?: Please use the Central Parking on the north side of the hotel.
Parking fee ¥800-/15:00-10:00 next day100yen-/40minutes (outside of the parking lot) Cars up to 2.2m high, 1.8m wide, and 5m long.No motorbike allowed.
Motorcycles are not allowed. If the parking lot is full, please use a nearby parking lot.（Parking is at the expense of the guest. (No preferential service is provided.)
Do you have a parking space for motor bike?: Unfortunately, motorcycles and large vehicles are not allowed to park. Please understand this.
Do you have any limit for the height?: The maximum height is 2.2 m, width is 1.8 m, and length is 5 m.
Do you have a parking space for large car?: A large size car is need reservation, Please contact us until the day before. Parking fee is 1200yen~2400yen per days..We apologize for the inconvenience, but please note that large vehicles will not be able to park after December 15, 2024.
Can we book a parking space in advance?: No, we don't accept any reservations for car parking. Guest can park as long as empty.

How many coin laundry do you have and where is it and how much is it?: No, we don't have a coin laundry machine. In the hotel.
Do you have a laundry service?: No, we don't have a laundry service.

Are rooms barrier free?: No, our hotel is not barrier free but we would like to help any disable guests.

Do you have a rental PC?: No, we don't have a rental PC.
Can I ask a wake up call?: Yes, please ask front desk.
Do you have a rental umbrella or sell it?: Hotel have few rental umbrellas but not selling any.

Do you have a free Wi-Fi and where can I use it?: We have free Wi-Fi in the all rooms.

How do you handle if I left something at the hotel?: Please ask the front desk if you have something left behind and we send it to your home as long as your payment.

How can I inform if I don't need a cleaning service during stay?: Thank you for your cooperation of eco. Please inform it to the front desk 1 day before.
What should I do if I offer the room cleaning even though I want to stay after 10am during stay?: Please inform it until 11am to the front desk and we appreciate if you are out of room during the house keeping.
What should I do if I just prefer to change the towel during stay?: Thank you for your cooperation of eco. Please inform it to the front desk 1 day before.
