How old do you charge the room rate from?: Over 6 years old is charged for the room rate.
Can you tell me what kind of credit card we can use?: Basically any kinds of major credit cards are accepted.

How many parking space do you have and how much is it ?: There is a parking lot for about 30 cars in hotel.
It's 500yen (tax include) per car per night and first come, first served.
※Our parking lot is not for large-sized and middle-sized vehicle.
※If our parking lot is full, we will guide a nearby parking lot.
(The parking fee is borne by the guest.)
Do you have a parking space for motor bike?: Yes, we have a space for motor bike.
Do you have any limit for the height?: It is 2.1m height limit at the ground floor of the hotel.
Do you have a parking space for large car?: No, large car cannot park.
Can we book a parking space in advance?: I'm sorry but we don't accept reservation in advance.When the parking lot is full, we will guide you to the nearby pay parking lot.

How many coin laundry do you have and where is it and how much is it?: We have 2 coin laundry machines at 1st floor. Washing cost 300 yen and drying cost 100 yen per 30min.
Do I have to prepare washing detergent?: Washing detergent is put in automatically.
Do you have a laundry service?: No, we don't have a laundry service.

Are rooms barrier free?: No, our hotel is not barrier free but we would like to help any disable guests.

Do you have a rental PC?: No, we don't have a rental PC.
Can I ask a wake up call?: Yes, please ask front desk in advance.; Yes, please ask front desk.
Do you have a rental umbrella or sell it?: Yes, hotel sell the umbrella and also have few rental umbrellas.

Do you have a free Wi-Fi and where can I use it?: All room have a free Wi-Fi but not at the lobby area.

How do you handle if I left something at the hotel?: Please ask the front desk if you have something left behind and we send it to your home as long as your payment.

How can I inform if I don't need a cleaning service during stay?: Thank you for your cooperation of eco. Please inform it to the front desk 1 day before.
What should I do if I offer the room cleaning even though I want to stay after 10am during stay?: Please inform it until noon to the front desk.
What should I do if I just prefer to change the towel during stay?: Thank you for your cooperation of eco. Please inform it to the front desk 1 day before.
