How old do you charge the room rate from?: Over primary school students are charged 50% of adult.
Can you tell me what kind of credit card we can use?: Basically any kinds of major credit cards are accepted.

How many parking space do you have and how much is it ?: We have the space for 51 standard cars and it doesn't cost.
Do you have a parking space for motor bike?: Yes, we have a space for motor bike.
Do you have any limit for the height?: No, we don't have any limit for the height.
Do you have a parking space for large car?: Yes, only 2 large cars per day and 3000 yen is charged. Please ask front desk in advance.
Can we book a parking space in advance?: No, we don't accept any reservations for the car parking. Guest can park as long as it is empty.

How many coin laundry do you have and where is it and how much is it?: We have 3 coin laundry machines at 1st floor.
Do I have to prepare washing detergent?: Washing detergent is put in automatically.

Are rooms barrier free?: No, our hotel is not barrier free but we would like to help any disable guests.

Can I ask a wake up call?: No, we don't have a wake up call service.
Do you have a catering service?: Yes, please ask front desk.
Do you have a rental umbrella or sell it?: Hotel have few rental umbrellas but not selling any.

Do you have a free Wi-Fi and where can I use it?: Yes, you can use free Wi-Fi in every rooms.

Do you have a spa?: Yes, we have a spa for only men.
Who can use a spa and what time can I use?: Only men from 15:00 to 24:00 and 6:00 to 9:00.
Is spa Hot spring?: No, it is not hot spring.
Do you prepare the towel at the spa?: Yes, bath towel and face towel are prepared.

How do you handle if I left something at the hotel?: Please ask the front desk if you have something left behind within 3 month and we send it to your home as long as your payment.

How can I inform if I don't need a cleaning service during stay?: Thank you for your cooperation of eco. Please inform it to the front desk 1 day before.
What should I do if I offer the room cleaning even though I want to stay after 10am during stay?: Please inform it 1 day before to the front desk.
