How old do you charge the room rate from?: Over primary school students are charged same rate as adult but infant stay for free as long as one bed.
Can you tell me what kind of credit card we can use?: Basically any kinds of major credit cards are accepted.

How many parking space do you have and how much is it ?: We have the space for 20 standard cars, free of charge, "First comes, first served.".
Do you have a parking space for motorbike?: Yes, we have a space for motorbike.
Do you have any limit for the height?: No, we don't have a limit for height.
Do you have a parking space for large car?: Yes, large cars are accepted but only up to 3 tons. Plaese contact us in advance before you park your large sized car.
1)Can I reserve parking place in advance? 2)If I go outside with my car after I checked in, can you keep the parking place empty until I come back?: 1)No, we cannnot accept your reservation of parking place. The parking is "First comes, first served".
2)No, we cannnot keep your parking place empty until you come back. Please find a vacant place at that time.

Do you have a laundromat?: Yes, we do. We have one coin-operated laundry machine on the first floor, the direction of the back door.

Do I have to prepare washing detergent?: No, washing detergent is put in automatically.
Do you have a laundry service?: Yes, please ask our frontdesk staff.

Are rooms barrier free?: No, our hotel is not barrier free but we would like to help any disable guests.

Do you have a free Wi-Fi and where can I use it?: All rooms have a free Wi-Fi and also available anywhere in the hotel.

How do you handle if I left something at the hotel?: Front desk handle it. Please ask them.

How can I inform if I don't need a cleaning service during stay?: Thank you for your cooperation of eco. Please inform it to the front desk 1 day before.
What should I do if I offer the room cleaning even though I want to stay after 10am during stay?: Please inform it until noon to the front desk.
What should I do if I just prefer to change the towel during stay?: Thank you for your cooperation of eco. Please inform it to the front desk 1 day before.
