ABOUT ROOM RATE

What case children's accommodation rate to be free ?: 1) If a child uses a bed alone, no matter how old the child is, the accommodation rate is the same as an adult.
2) If a child is an elementary school student or older than, the accommodation rate is the same as an adult.
3) If a child is younger than elementary school students (infant) and uses a bed or a futon with an adult, the accommodation rate is free. However, we do not prepare towels and toothbrushes for the child.
Can you tell me what kind of credit card we can use?: Basically any kinds of major credit cards are accepted.

How many parking space do you have and how much is it ?: We have 33 parking lots, "First comes, first served".
Parking fee is 500yen per car per night.
Do you have a parking space for motor bike?: Yes, we have a space for motor bike.
Do you have any limit for the height?: No, we don't have a limit for height.
Do you have a parking space for large car?: No, we don't have a space for the large car.
Can we book a parking space in advance?: Please ask front desk. If it is full front desk guide to to the surrounded chargeable parking.

How many coin laundry do you have and where is it and how much is it?: We have 2 coin laundry machines at 1st floor.
Do I have to prepare washing detergent?: Washing detergent is put in automatically.
Do you have a laundry service?: Yes, front desk accept it.

Are rooms barrier free?: No, our hotel is not barrier free but we would like to help any disable guests.

Do you have a rental PC?: No, we don't have a rental PC but you can use free internet with the PC located at front desk.
Can I ask a wake up call?: Yes, please ask front desk in advance.
Do you have a catering service?: No, we don't have any catering service.
Do you have a rental umbrella or sell it?: Hotel have few rental umbrellas but not selling any.

Do you have a free Wi-Fi and where can I use it?: Guest can use Wi-Fi at the ANEX but not in main building.

How do you handle if I left something at the hotel?: Please ask the front desk if you have something left behind within 3 month and we send it to your home as long as your payment.

How can I inform if I don't need a cleaning service during stay?: Thank you for your cooperation of eco. Please inform it to the front desk 1 day before.
What should I do if I offer the room cleaning even though I want to stay after 10am during stay?: Please inform it until 10am to the front desk.
What should I do if I just prefer to change the towel during stay?: Thank you for your cooperation of eco. Please inform it to the front desk 1 day before.
