How old do you charge the room rate from?: Over primary school students are charged same rate as adult but infant stay for free as long as one bed.
Can you tell me what kind of credit card we can use?: Basically any kinds of major credit cards are accepted.

How many parking space do you have and how much is it ?: We have a space for 23 standard cars for free.
Do you have a parking space for motor bike?: Yes, we have a space for motor bike.
Do you have any limit for the height?: No, we don't have a limit for height.
Do you have a parking space for large car?: No, we don't have a space for large car.
Can we book a parking space in advance?: No, we don't accept any reservations for the parking space. Front desk guide to the near parking area if our parking is full.

How many coin laundry do you have and where is it and how much is it?: We have 3 coin laundry machines at 12th floor. It cost 500 yen through washing and drying.
Do I have to prepare washing detergent?: Washing detergent is put in automatically.
Do you have a laundry service?: No, we don't have a laundry service.

Are rooms barrier free?: No, our hotel is not barrier free but we would like to help any disable guests.

Do you have a rental PC?: No, we don't have a rental PC.
Can I ask a wake up call?: Please ask front desk in advance.
Do you have a catering service?: Please ask front desk.
Do you have a rental umbrella or sell it?: Hotel have few rental umbrellas but not selling any.

Do you have a free Wi-Fi and where can I use it?: We have a free Wi-Fi in all rooms.

How do you handle if I left something at the hotel?: Please ask the front desk if you have something left behind within a week and we send it to your home as long as your payment.

How can I inform if I don't need a cleaning service during stay?: Thank you for your cooperation of eco. Please inform it to the front desk 1 day before.
What should I do if I offer the room cleaning even though I want to stay after 10am during stay?: Please inform it until 9am to the front desk and we appreciate if you are out of room during the house keeping.
What should I do if I just prefer to change the towel during stay?: Thank you for your cooperation of eco. Please put the card wrriten 「DON'T WAKEUP」 and used towels on the door. House keeper change them.
