ABOUT ROOM RATE

How old do you charge the room rate from?: Over primary school students are charged same rate as adult but infant stay for free as long as one bed.
Can you tell me what kind of credit card we can use?: Basically any kinds of major credit cards are accepted.

How many parking space do you have and how much is it ?: We have the space for 37 standard cars and it doesn't cost.
Do you have a parking space for motor bike?: Yes, we have a space for motor bike.
Do you have any limit for the height?: No, we don't have a limit for height.
Do you have a parking space for large car？: Yes large car are accepted but only up to 3 tons. Please ask front desk in advance.
Can we book a parking space in advance?: Please ask front desk. If it is already full front desk guide to surrounded chargeable parking.

How many coin laundry do you have and where is it and how much is it?: We have 2 coin laundry machines at second floor. Washing cost 300 yen and drying cost 100 yen per 30 min.
Do I have to prepare washing detergent?: Washing detergent is put in automatically.
Do you have a laundry service?: Yes, front desk accept it.

Are rooms barrier free?: No, our hotel is not barrier free but we would like to help any disable guests.

Do you have a rental PC?: No, we don't have a rental PC.
Can I ask a wake up call?: Yes, please ask front desk in advance.
Do you have a catering service?: No, we don't have any catering service but guest can order it by themselves.
Do you have a rental umbrella or sell it?: Yes, hotel sell umbrella and also have few rental umbrellas.

Do you have a free Wi-Fi and where can I use it?: All rooms have a free Wi-Fi and also available anywhere in the hotel.

Do you have a spa?: Yes, we have a spa for men and women.
Who can use a spa and what time can I use?: Every guest can use spa for free from 15:00 to 8:00 next morning.
Is spa hot spring?: No, it is not hot spring.
Do you prepare the towel at the spa?: No, we don't prepare any towel at the spa. Please bring it from your room.

How do you handle if I left something at the hotel?: Front desk handle it. Please ask them.

How can I inform if I don't need a cleaning service during stay?: Thank you for your cooperation of eco. Please inform it to the front desk 1 day before.
What should I do if I offer the room cleaning even though I want to stay after 10am during stay?: Please inform it until noon to the front desk.
What should I do if I just prefer to change the towel during stay?: Thank you for your cooperation of eco. Please inform it to the front desk 1 day before.
