How old do you charge the room rate from?: If a baby or a child use one bed , it costs the same as an adult regardless of age. Pre-school children can stay at no cost when they sleep with an adult in a bed.
Can you tell me what kind of credit card we can use?: Basically any kinds of major credit cards are accepted.

How many parking space do you have and how much is it ?: We have a parking lot for 50 car First-come-first served basis 1 car per night will be free
Do you have a parking space for motor bike?: Yes, we have a space for the motor bike.
Do you have any limit for the height?: No, we don't have any limit for the height.
Do you have a parking space for large car?: Please contact the hotel in advance as parking space is limited.
Can we book a parking space in advance?: Parking lots(including affiliated parking lots) are on the first-come-first. Served basis. Please contact the hotel in advance for large vehicles of 2t tons or more

Do you have a laundromat? If you have, where and how much is it?: There is a laundromat room on the 1st floor, 2 washing machines and 2 drying machines are in it.
To wash : 400 yen / To dry : 100 yen for 30 minutes use
Do you have a laundry service?: No, we don't have a laundry service.

Are rooms barrier free?: No, our hotel is not barrier free but we would like to help any disable guests.

Do you have a free Wi-Fi and where can I use it?: Yes, all room have a free Wi-Fi.

Is there a large common bath?: Yes, we have a large common bath for men on the first floor. *Sorry, men's only.
Anyone can use the large common bath? What time can I use?: Male guests can use it without extra charge. 5:00 p.m. - 12:00 midnight. *Sorry, men's only.
Is the large common bath hot spring?: No, it isn't hot spring. So you don't need to pay tax for hot spring.
Are towels prepared in the large common bath?: No, bring towels from your room. Sampoo and soap are prepared.

How do you handle if I left something at the hotel?: Please ask the front desk if you have something left behind within 2 month and we send it to your home as long as your payment.

How can I inform if I don't need a cleaning service during stay?: Thank you for your cooperation of eco. Please inform it to the front desk 1 day before.
What should I do if I offer the room cleaning even though I want to stay after 10am during stay?: Please inform it until 10am to the front desk.
