How old do you charge the room rate from?: Over primary school students are charged same rate as adult and between 3 and 5 years old children are charged 500 yen as long as sleeping one bed.
Can you tell me what kind of credit card we can use?: Basically any kinds of major credit cards are accepted.Diners Card in not available.

How many parking space do you have and how much is it ?: We guide to the contracted parking area. It have a space for 100 cars and cost 700 yen from 14:30 to 11:30 next day.
Do you have a parking space for motor bike?: Yes, we have a space for motor bike.
Do you have any limit for the height?: We have 2.1m limit for height.
Do you have a parking space for large car?: No, we don't have a space for large car.
Can we book a parking space in advance?: No, we don't accept any reservations for car parking. Guest can park as long as empty.

How many coin laundry do you have and where is it and how much is it?: We have 2 coin laundry machines at 1st floor. Washing cost 300 yen, drying cost 100 yen.
Do I have to prepare washing detergent?: Detergent will be added automatically.
Do you have a laundry service?: No, we don't have a laundry service.

Are rooms barrier free?: No, our hotel is not barrier free but we would like to help any disable guests.

Do you have a rental PC?: No, we don't have a rental PC.
Can I ask a wake up call?: No, we don't have a wakeup call service.
Do you have a catering service?: No, we don't have catering service.
Do you have a rental umbrella or sell it?: We are selling umbrella but not having rental umbrella.

Do you have a free Wi-Fi and where can I use it?: We have a free Wi-Fi in the all rooms.

How do you handle if I left something at the hotel?: Please ask the front desk if you have something left behind within a month and we send it to your home as long as your payment.

How can I inform if I don't need a cleaning service during stay?: Thank you for your cooperation of eco. Please inform it to the front desk 1 day before.
What should I do if I offer the room cleaning even though I want to stay after 10am during stay?: Please inform it until noon to the front desk.
